Cleaning service is provided five nights a week, Monday through Friday. Carpets will be vacuumed and trash will be emptied nightly, while unobstructed surfaces dusted on a rotation basis. Any trash not in a trash basket must be marked TRASH with a large note on such items. Please DO NOT leave items that are not trash on top or near wastebaskets that might be misconstrued as garbage. If you have any special cleaning needs, such as carpet shampooing, please contact the Building Management office at 210.455.2478. Special cleaning services can be arranged at tenant’s expense.
The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and 7:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
One Castle Hills will be closed during the following holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Due to limited access, tenants will need to use their key cards for entry.
Regular mail is delivered and picked up Monday through Saturday. US Postal Service and overnight service company drop boxes are conveniently located in the rear of the building. Pick-up time is specified on each drop box.
